SPECIAL CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 STATEMENT:
All meditation classes have moved online.
We have suspended group classes in person until April 24th. Kabbalah students will receive special instructions via email.
Once group classes resume, we are doing social distancing with 3-6 feet between every student. We will give in person reminders to each class about social distancing and its importance, even during breaks and lunches.
We are continuing to see clients 1-1. All sessions are done fully clothed and almost all sessions are hands off or only occasional touch. We are not doing hugs or handshakes, and all touch will be with hands sanitized directly before and after.
Jordan will be wearing an N95 mask for your protection. While he is not sick, anyone can be a carrier and have no symptoms and not know they have been exposed. Jordan has not knowingly been exposed but this extra protection is for your peace of mind.
We are taking extensive sanitization measures including but not limited to:
Existing germicidal air filters in all rooms. We’ve always had these because we take health really seriously.
A new air filtration system with the capacity to remove particles down to 10x smaller than the smallest virus from the air (and a 4-year filter life so the filter will be extremely robust the first several years). This system has the capacity and power of 100+ military grade gas masks.
Ozone sanitizing our offices with an industrial grade ozone generator every night. This has been proven in laboratory tests to kill over 99% of coronavirus, and over 99% of all viruses and bacteria.
Doorknobs and shared touch surfaces are being sanitized between every client. The downstairs front doorknob is being sanitized morning and night — bring your own hand sanitizer for the building entry doorknob as you should for all public spaces these days.
Following strict CDC handwashing guidelines before and after every client (previous standard in our offices was regular handwashing and hand sanitizer before and after every client).
Of course all clients with symptoms are asked to self-isolate and not attend their session or class.
With these practices, our offices (both surfaces and air) are virologically/bacteriologically cleaner than anyone’s home or personal space, and cleaner than a regular hospital room (not as clean as an operating room though).
